Let’s say you are in need of a meal to impress, a meal that
says I know how to cook and am not afraid to show it! Well I have the meal for
you…Pork Tenderloin with mushrooms. This is a restaurant quality home-run –
trust me!
Ingredients
- 2 to 3 Tenderloins
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
- 1 ¼ Cup Oil
- ¾ Cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ Cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 TB Dry Mustard
- 1 TB Pepper
- ½ Cup Red Wine (I have used white)
- 1 ½ TB Parsley
- 1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
- 2 Gloves Garlic (minced)
What to Do
- Blend marinade ingredients in
blender
- Pour half of marinade over tenderloin and marinade minimum of 3
to 4 hours
- Grill pork on barbecue - medium
heat 20 minutes turning and basting OR in oven at 500 for 25 to 35 minutes (Have your meat thermometer handy - every oven heats differently)
- Saute mushrooms and add in remaining marinade and pour mushroom sauce over cooked pork.
