As stated I have a small mutiny on my hands every morning.
Two in the bunch refuse to eat breakfast and this is a point of contention
between us three. A not great way to start the day! However I have some moments
of insightful clarity and have come up with my:

- Smoothies
An overdone option but still a great one. As seasonal fruit kicks into high gear this breakfast option will have your creative smoothie juices in overdrive. - Cereal with Fruit
I love a good bowl of cereal and with a bowl full of fresh fruit it gets a new jazz to it. - Nuts and Raisins
This is actually a favorite around these here parts. Sunflower seeds with raisins is delicious. Trader Joe’s also has individually packaged assorted nuts which are a great option. - Yogurt with Honey
Vanilla, plain or any of the millions of flavors now out there will only be enhanced with a little dollop of honey. - Pancakes made with Raspberry JamSo simple and so flavorful. Take your regular pancake recipe and add a couple tablespoons of raspberry jam. It is a wonderful mix!
- Chai with Apple Butter
Chai is one of those wonder foods that you can do some much with – like a great breakfast meal. Just add 1/3 cup of Almond milk to 2 tablespoons chai seeds and let it sit for 15 -20 minutes (stir it once in the middle). Once ready stir in honey, nuts, fruit…whatever floats your boat. - Almond Butter on Toast with Banana
Not much to explain here - just enjoy! - Scrambled Eggs with Feta and Cherry Tomatoes
It is a great combination and savory option for individuals seeking an alternative to traditional scrambled eggs. - Fried Egg on Sour Dough Bread Once again not much to explain here - just enjoy!
